Introduction Glimr ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application.

Information We Collect

• Photos you provide: When you use an effect, you upload a photo to our servers for processing. Photos are used solely to generate your effect and are not stored permanently.
• Device information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for analytics and crash reporting purposes.
• Purchase information: If you subscribe to Glimr Pro, payment is processed through Apple's App Store. We do not have access to your payment details.

How We Use Your Information

• To process your photos and generate AI effects
• To improve app performance and fix bugs
• To send push notifications (with your permission)
• To manage your subscription status

Data Storage & Security Your generated content is stored locally on your device. Photos uploaded for processing are transmitted securely and are not retained on our servers after processing is complete.

Face Data

Glimr does not use Apple's Face ID, TrueDepth camera, facial recognition, or any biometric identification technology. The app does not extract facial feature maps, face templates, or biometric identifiers.

When you choose to apply an AI effect, you voluntarily upload a photo that may contain your face. This photo is treated as general image data and is used solely to generate the visual effect you selected.

Collection: Photos you upload for AI effects.

Use: Solely to generate the requested AI visual effect.

Sharing: Photos are temporarily shared with EachLabs (our AI processing partner) and Supabase (temporary cloud storage) for the sole purpose of effect generation.

Retention: Photos are automatically deleted after the effect is generated, typically within minutes. No face or photo data is retained permanently.

Third parties: EachLabs and Supabase do not retain your photos after processing is complete.
